The method

One process, run three times, in three different industries.

Compounds are chosen from published literature for a named biological target — an efflux pump, a bacterial membrane, thymic output, a mineral deficit — with a supply chain that can be traced and scaled. Nothing goes in because it is traditional.

Ratios are defined and written down. Every Avix product is a specified mixture rather than a proprietary blend with a hidden recipe: 18 named compounds in T-Booster, three-compound cocktails at fixed ratios in Green Antibiotics, a disclosed calcium, magnesium, bicarbonate and TDS panel in Avix Water.

Repeat disc-diffusion assays against resistant clinical isolates, accredited mineral analysis, or a randomised double-blind placebo-controlled human study — whichever the product calls for. The comparator is always named.

Candidates advance only on reproducible results. Thirty-four of forty-one screened combinations were stopped, and that number appears on the website beside the seven that progressed. A screening claim without its denominator is marketing.

People

Two drug discoverers, four decades apart, running one programme together.

Dr Md Arif Sheikh

Founder & Chief Executive · PhD

Microbiologist, molecular and structural biologist with more than nineteen years in drug discovery and a PhD from the University of St Andrews, with collaborations at Oxford and Delaware. He has contributed to more than 45 protein structures deposited in the Protein Data Bank, and designed the screening programme and UK–Bangladesh route behind all three products.

Dr David Brown

Scientific lead & advisor · PhD, FRSM, FRSC

A pharmaceutical drug discoverer with more than fifty years across major global companies. Co-inventor on the Viagra patent, contributor to Relpax, and originator of the antibiotic resistance-breaker concept published in Nature Reviews Drug Discovery.
